About Me

I am an 18-year veteran of the marketing, communications and public relations industry with a drive for helping large and small businesses and organizations tell their story and build a stronger brand. I have worked in a variety of industries including restaurants, hospitality, beverage, nonprofit, health and wellness, entertainment and broadcast media. My passion lies in helping brands that have a direct impact on people’s lives and their communities.

As partners, I strive for honesty and clarity. My first job is to understand my client’s vision and needs, not to present my own. I value timeliness, direct communication and the occasional face-to-face meeting over a drink or a meal. I have a reputation of being a trustworthy, empathetic, personable and supportive collaborator.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to collaborate with some excellent partners and clients on some wonderful and impactful projects.

Originally from St. Louis, I’ve lived on Chicago’s northside for more than two decades, having spent the last 11 years in the Southport Corridor neighborhood of Lakeview. The small businesses that make up my neighborhood, and so many of the other vibrant parts of Chicago, are vital to the city’s history and character. It is my pleasure to help them build a loyal following in and across their communities.
